As the club secretary,I would like to apologize for the lack of providing the monthly newsletters for June and July. My punishment will be served on August 2nd, When I will bore you with my demonstration. Come to think of it, I guess everybody in attendance will be punished, oh well! (Sorry)
In the past, I have brought in a couple of turnings which were finished to a clear high gloss using General Finishes Wood Turners Finish. This is a water-based urethane resin finish that drives fairly quickly. Many members have asked me to demonstrate how I apply this finish, so I will do my best to show you how I do it, right or wrong.
